How to Use Oils
BATH
Add 5 -6 drops of essential oil to your full bath. To help disperse
oils, mix with ½ cup milk then add to bath. Or mix with 5-6
drops solubiliser.
VAPORISER
Add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil into bowl. If vaporiser uses water,
add warm water first then add essential oils making sure not to
overfill.
MASSAGE
Add 6 drops of essential oil to 12 ml of sweet almond oil or similar
for body massage. The face is very sensitive and many essential
oils are not suitable. Use 1 drop of essential oil to 5 ml of sweet
almond.
PURE ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS
Emotions
By using the vaporiser we cannot only make our office, home or any
environment smell wonderful. We will also have an impact on our
emotions. Often we have to keep going even when we are tired or
feeling down, pure essential oils can help. As a bonus they can
also kill air borne bacteria.
Massage Blends
Ingredients for massage oil are Soya bean, sweet almond, wheat germ
jojoba, rosehip Vitamin E and vegetable derived dispersant, making
the blend "easy wash". These skin conditioners when mixed
with pure essential oils will readily absorb into the skin, helping
our emotional and physical wellbeing.
The Following blends have been made up into massage blends and pure
essential oils.
1. Focus and Flu
Lemon myrtle, geranium and ginger combine to make a great blend
for the office or home. It not only clears the head it smells wonderful,
and will help you get things done. Strong anti- bacterial qualities.
2. Romance and Relax
Citrus oils combined with benzoin (vanilla like perfume) palmarosa,
rosewood and patchouli. These oils synergise to make a unique and
special blend. An exotic mix of relaxing oils make a very musky
and exotic aroma that will please the senses and lift your heart.
Makes you want to hug some one. Enjoy.
3. Stress and Muscles
Lemon eucalyptus, benzoin, bay and ylang ylang combine to make a
great muscle blend. These oils are excellent for relieving stress
the cause of much muscle tension. Perfume herby.
4. Energy and Respiratory
Energising oils that combine to take away stress, lime, fir and
peppermint make a cool fresh blend. Rosemary adds a bit of spice
and warmth. Frankincense to breath deeply. Geranium to relax and
enjoy ourselves. Palmarosa to marry such an unusual combination.
5. Tranquillity and Panacea.
The oils have gentle and calming effects on the emotions. Good for
the immune system, digestion and will help to ward off colds and
flu. Mandarin, rosewood, lavender and roman chamomile work in a
wonderful way to soothe and bring peace and tranquillity to our
lives. This blend is wonderful for children, make sure you dilute
it.
6. Comfort and Sleep
Our emotions are what often keep us from getting a good night's
sleep. The essential oils of lavender, sweet marjoram, clary sage
and lemon will comfort us taking away many of our negative thoughts
and feelings helping us to relax and rest easy. Caution low blood
pressure.
7. Courage and Arthritis
Spike lavender, sweet marjoram, ginger and black pepper are very
warming oils not just for our body but also our emotions. These
oils will help us to have confidence and courage.
Only 100% pure and natural essential oils have been used.
Pure essential oils are powerful, never use more than directed.
For children, elderly and those in frail health always use ¼
- ½ strength.
SKIN PATCH TEST
Apply small amount to the inside of wrist and wait 2hours. Check
for redness irritation or itchiness.
STORAGE:
keep away from heat and light. Store if possible in timber. Below
30 C. Keep tightly sealed.

· High /low blood pressure
· Medical condition
Do not swallow essential oils.
Keep out of reach of children
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly onto the skin.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue.
